Makes the reading so much more pleasant and a statement coffee table book for avid readers.

I usually don't do these, but I have to say that this print of Meditations has got to be one of the sickest versions out there on the market. I never thought I'd be a stickler for how my books looked or presented, but after seeing how white ink on black paper presents, I'm completely obsessed and want just about all my books to be this way. I don't really have "collections" of anything anymore these days, but that has definitely changed now.

White ink on black paper, ESPECIALLY, for a book like Meditations is top tier. Something about it draws you in and focuses even more. Like a secret tome of knowledge or something. There's a unique sense of allure when you open the book and see that presentation. I would love to see DE books expand their portfolio more in this type of stuff: Philosophical, military strategy like The Art of War, psychology, and strategic thinking type of books, etc.

But for now, DE Books' current lineup is SOLID and has such a novelty to them. I've definitely placed/will continue to place more orders.

Lastly, I have to comment on DE Books' customer service. I happened to receive a slight miss-print of a book. Not only did they respond in beyond a timely manner, but they took care of me by replacing it very quickly with responsive communication and updates. Haven't experienced that level in a long time. That ALONE is worth the continued business. Which the certainly will continue to have mine. Subscribed to new print announcements, and I will be watching like a hawk.

Absolute badass company and book prints.

I had been thinking of getting a dark edition book for ages and was waiting for the right one. This book was fantastic. It looks fantastic. The pages feel really nice. It was easy on the eyes when reading. I'm definitely going to get more. 5 stars.

I love this. Such a unique book to have in public, definitely catches eyes from people walking by. The story is a classic, but the book style is not. It’s super easy on the eyes while reading. I cannot speak to the glossy pages, but the matte is perfect for showing the white print. I will be purchasing a bunch of these for Christmas gifts.
